JUDITH GETHNER
Boasting an expansive, successful career in the areas of policy and procedure development, advocacy and community organizing, Judith Gethner is a driven and skilled professional with a demonstrated commitment to the civic community. She holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.A. at Northeastern Illinois University.  Judith’s experiences and opportunities in the corporate sector, as well as her advocacy work as a private citizen (including co-organizing a 1000-person rally for the 2008 Constitutional Convention in Illinois), has helped underscore her leadership, leveraging, consensus-building, and mobilization skills.  She has been the Executive Director of Illinois Partners for Human Service since late 2009, and has grown the statewide coalition from a confederation of 70 funders and providers to a formidable body representing over 700 organizations.

VINETTA WASHINGTON
Vinetta recently joined the Illinois Partners for Human Service team, serving in the newly created position of Membership Engagement and Development Manager.  She has an expansive background in membership engagement and development along with over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, and project management.  Her experience, passion, and commitment to improving human services for everyone, makes her a natural for this position.  Vinetta is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Champaign, graduating with a Bachelor of Science.

LINDSAY BRANCA
Lindsay is the Administrative Assistant at Illinois Partners for Human Service and has held this position since January 2011.  She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island and moved to Chicago in 2009 to begin work toward an M.A. in Writing and Publishing from DePaul University.  This degree will be conferred in June 2012.  She has volunteered her time at StreetWise Magazine and PAWS Chicago, is a member of Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society) and Chicago Women in Publishing, and is a poetry reader for Threshold, DePaul's literary and art journal.

ASHLEY RAMCHANDANI
Ashley is the Policy Intern at Illinois Partners for Human Services and has held this position since January 2012. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Behavior Studies from Transylvania University and moved to Chicago from Kentucky in 2010. She is currently a MPP candidate at The Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. This degree will be conferred in June 2012. She is a member of the Young Women’s Leadership Council at the Chicago Foundation of Women and is the Senior Editor for Urban Affairs for the Chicago Policy Review.
